陈国正, 祖籍广东高要, 1945年出生于越南南部的永隆市。个人着作有散文集《秋讯之外》（1966）诗集《梦的碎片》（2011）。现为越南华文文学季刊副主编,胡志明市华文文学会副会长以及风笛诗社成员。

Kuo Cheng Chen, whose ancestral home is KaoYao, Guangdong, China, was born in Vinh Long Province in Viet-Nam in 1945. He has published a prose collection Outside the Autumn Message (1966) and a book of poetry The Fragments of Dreams (2011). He is the vice-editor of the Viet-Nam Chinese Literary Quarterly, and the vice president of Viet-Nam Chinese literary association and a member of Feng-Ti poetry club.

秋梦，本名陈友权，又名陈学培，一九四三年出生。曾就读于越南万幸文科大学文学系及英语中心。企业家, 业余从事诗、诗论及翻译等写作。作品除了在本地的文艺版发表外，并发表于海外的《创世纪》等诗刊及大马、澳洲文艺园地。现居越南。

Qiu Meng, originally Tang Vinh Thanh. Born in 1943, attending school in Vietnam. He is an entrepreneur who spends his spare time on writing and translating. His works have appeared on a number of poetry journals in Taiwan, Vietnam, Australia, Malaysia and the United States. He lives in Vietnam.

Dandelion

风起云流时
不分国界蔓延自己
游离西去. 南来
栖栖遑遑
每一寸贫瘠黄土

安泊时已清瘦成一坯春泥了
也有消息传来
芬芳几株摇曳
在自己小小的世界

翘首山山之外
水的来处日日纠缠
幽幽心事如何烫贴

When wind and clouds blow
And the world is one, I spread myself wide
Roaming west and south
Calmly flying over
Every inch of the barren earth

When I am moored
I see myself thinning like spring mud
Messages arrive
And several trunks shake slightly with a fragrant smell
In their own tiny world

I raise my head
And look beyond the mountains
Water flows from its source, entangling day by day
