王植，祖籍湖北省京山县，现居武汉，生于70年代。

Wang Zhi's ancestral home is Jingshan county, Hubei Province. He is an essayist and poet who was born in 1970's. He lives in Wuhan.

华卫,生于1972年，诗词译者。1994年毕业于南京大学，现任教于一所职业技术院校。自2005年始，已翻译大量诗歌作品。

Hua Wei, born in 1972, a poetry translator who graduated from Nanjing University in 1994 and now works in a vocational and technical college. He began to translate poetry since 2005 and has translated many poems for poets in China and other countries.

Longing

我渴望着，一种美丽
从遥远的村庄悄然而至
可爱的山羊贴在玻璃纸上
牯牛斜卧在群山的怀里
小草嗡嗡地幸福成长

我渴望着，一种自由
从静美的天国弥漫荒野
那风一般的翅膀
穿梭森林和大地
快乐的思想撒遍每个角落

我渴望着，一种歌声
从神秘的殿堂走出来
那信仰的歌声
仿佛五色的海子山
依然躺在远祖的记忆里

我渴望着，一种涅槃
从无数人心中慢慢升起
那安详的世界
如同我们原本寂静的心地
渐渐地开满圣洁的花朵
			

I long for a kind of beauty
coming quietly from a distant village
lovely goats pasted on glassine
bulls recumbent in mountain valleys
little grass hums, growing happily

I long for a kind of freedom
permeating the wilds from beautiful heaven
on a wind-like wing flying through forests and the earth
scattering happiness to every corner

I long for a kind of song
walking out from a mysterious palace
a song of belief
like the five-colored Mt. Haizi
still lying in the memory of distant ancestors

I long for a kind of Nirvana
rising slowly from countless hearts
that peaceful world
originating from silent hearts
gradually blooming into holy flowers
