出生于中国湖南。90年代移民美国，毕业于加州州立大学电脑系。曾有诗歌、散文发表于报刊。现居加州洛杉矶。

Ying Yun was born in Hunan, China. She immigrated to USA in 1990s and graduated from California State University. She has published some poems and essays on newspapers. She lives in Los Angeles, California.

时间：无岸的河

Time: a river without bank

心跳
分隔绵延的时间
一条无岸的河
汇集所有
沿着静寂的宇宙
前行

某刻的钟声过后
鱼儿快乐地飞向夜空
手中的小提琴
演奏上帝命定的曲

那时，你我隔着
河中漂流的岸
相望
草丛中时时的欢声 
将我们的手
紧紧地
拉在一起

干草的气息
顺着月色
蔓延
			

Heartbeats
Divide endless Time:
A river without banks
Gathering everything
Flowing
In a silent universe

After the clock strike at midnight
A fish soars into night sky
Gleefully playing the violin--
the music commanded by God

While you and I 
Look at each other
Across the floating bank
In the river
Laughter rolling 
Out of grasses
Pulling our hands
Together
 
And the smell of hay
Drifting
In the moonlight

Shadow

                           
镜，水面，眼眸
不能挽留
投影的永恒
光以魔法的手
抚摸：瞬间
与瞬间流动

夜间与清晨：

即使同一刻
影在左眼上移
：缩短
在右眼下滑
：拉长
平衡在双眸
：短暂

NARCISSUS的迷恋
拉上夜落的幕
水面漫溢
死亡
甜蜜的气息
			

Mirror, surface of water, pupil
cannot hold a shadow forever
light touching
with its magic hands: 
Moment flowing 
with moment 
(at the same place 
the same smile) 
Looking so different 
at dusk and in twilight

Even at the same moment
A shadow moves upward
In your left eye
: shortening
Moving downward
In your right eye
: elongating
Equilibrium in your eyes
: momentary

Narcissus's infatuation
Pulling down the curtain of night
Spreading sweet smell 
Of death
Over the surface 
Of water
